Our Operations Manager at our Eden Pet facility offers a team-oriented individual the opportunity to be responsible for plant operational systems including acquisition of raw materials, product processing, warehousing and labeling, quality assurance, safety, human relations, and the shipping of quality-finished products.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with the General Manager on capital projects, assist with the preparation of budgets, and minimize costs for plant operations. 
• Promote employee engagement and development to maximize production, quality, safety, and continuous improvement goals.
• Manage and supervise all areas of Eden Pet plant operations to ensure optimal performance.  

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimal of three years of experience leading manufacturing or processing operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

TEAMWORK :

• Through individual and team efforts, enthusiastically work toward the continuous improvement of his/her job, work area, department and Eden Pet Products as a whole.  Fully participate in TAE by "living" Eden Pet's Standards of Conduct and being an active member of operations and project teams.  By action and work, clearly and visibly demonstrate the spirit of teamwork, cooperation and respect for others in all business transactions and exchanges.
