What You’ll Do:
Employee Support and Communication:
- Serve as a bilingual point of contact for employees who have HR-related questions, policies, and procedures.
- Translate and interpret HR documents, meetings, and communications as needed.
- Assist employees with onboarding, benefits, enrollment, and general HR inquiries.
- Assist employees with questions.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Support recruitment efforts, including applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and interviews.
- Conduct New Hire Orientation and completion of new employee documentation.
Human Resources Administration:
- Maintain HRIS data, ensuring employee records are accurate and update to date.
- Track employee attendance and personnel changes.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
- Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedure.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of Human Resources or administrative experience is preferred.
- Fluent verbal and written proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to translate and interpret clearly and professionally in an HR setting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); HRIS experience preferred.
