Are you pursuing a degree in Human Resources and looking for hands-on experience with a growing company? Lakeside Foods is seeking a motivated Human Resources intern who is interested in applying their educational knowledge and business practices in a real-world environment. Come join our team and we will give you the opportunity to work on various HR projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Job shadow and train with HR staff
• Assist in recruiting functions including: reviewing and updating job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Work on specific HR projects as assigned
• Collaborate and network with other interns to help improve our processes

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Human Resources major, working towards completion of BA
• High level of professionalism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

WHAT YOU’LL GET:
