Position Summary

Here at Riverside Foods the maintenance team is the backbone of operations, ensuring equipment runs optimally while taking care of the facility as well. The Maintenance Administrator will keep the department running smoothly by coordinating PMs and organizing and ordering parts.

What You’ll Do:

• Proficient in the use of computer technology, Microsoft products, and any company-provided software tools.
• Be able to read, understand and complete work orders.
• Skilled in the performance of preventative maintenance (PM) activities.
• Be able to properly clean and organize the maintenance shop.
• Prepare, assemble and process required documentation for maintenance scheduling.
• Input data and run reports utilizing computerized maintenance management system.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Maintenance Manager, and all other duties as assigned.
• Maintain shop filing system for equipment maintenance and compliance files to company standards.
• Purchase all materials for the Maintenance Department.
• Track history of replacement parts and equipment maintenance and repair.
• Assure inventory items are available to support Maintenance personnel to keep equipment running .
• Generate Preventive Maintenance orders, review PMs for accuracy and required materials.
• Meet with vendors as required for quotes/site walk project parameters.
• Must be able to make repairs to the buildings and related utility systems.

What You’ll Bring:
