Here at Lakeside Foods, our maintenance technician team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring equipment runs optimally while maintaining the facility. Maintenance mechanics/technicians are respected “Jack of All Trades” team members, performing mechanical and/or fabrication updates and using their knowledge to continuously improve production processes.  What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for the efficient operation of all harvesting equipment
• Maintain all equipment in good repair
• Responsible for the preventative maintenance, adjustments and repair of field equipment
• Utilize Harvesting procedures to generate maximum crop recovery and quality

 What You’ll Bring:

• Two to three years’ experience as a Field Mechanic or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of the operation, preventative maintenance and repair of field equipment highly preferred
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Safety mindset
