What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies that drive revenue growth through continuous improvement and sales effectiveness.
- Work with regional and local sales teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize commercial performance and results.
- Synthesize commercial activities against market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop pricing strategies, discount structures, and contract negotiation guidelines to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction across all channels.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7-10 years in sales, business operations, or commercial excellence roles, preferably in a organization.
