What You'll Do:

• Promote the Lakeside culture of teamwork, respect, trust, collegiality, and providing an environment that offers people a satisfying and rewarding career.

• Ensure that Lakeside policies and programs are adhered to and administered fairly and consistently throughout the location.

What You'll Bring:

• A four year bachelor’s degree or business degree or equivalent experience is required. 

• Experience in the area of human resources and familiar with employment laws, current practices and trends in the field of talent management.
