 What You’ll Do:

• Day-to-Day Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures
  • Notify manager immediately if any unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions are discovered.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English and be able to communicate with lead person when problems occur.
  • Ability to add and subtract and multiply and divide.
  • Maintain tray magazine full so the line can operate without stoppage
  • Properly inspect the trays as they are being loaded into the magazine for quality deviations such as improper size, torn tabs, excessive warping or poor scoring.
  • Attend to the Caser/Stacker and notify the lift truck driver when more slip sheets are needed to fill the hopper, unplug case jams and notify the lead/management if there are any major problems with the unit.
  • Assist in the training of a backup person.
  • Use a computer, calculator, and any other necessary equipment.
  • Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by the Manger
  • Maintain the film carriage full so the shrink applicator doesn’t run out of film & spice rolls together properly.

 What You’ll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to communicate with other employees accurately and effectively.
• Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
• Positive Attitude
• Computer knowledge, SAP experience preferred
