Seasonal General Labor, Meat Pack

Lakeside Foods in Plainview Minnesota is looking to fill general labor positions for meat production.  

Positions include

• Cook/Cool-Down Operator- pays close attention to detail to record temperatures, organization with cooks and cool down data, and ability to set up work area prior to production.
• Anylray- Checking the fat content of the meat throughout the daily meat process. 
• Combo Dumper/Meat Pusher- Help get the meat from the combos by using large forks to push meat into the stuffer. 
• Rework- Opening cans and properly disposing of cans and putting meat into correct area to be reworked. 
• Busse- Pushing cans into the cooker crates and straightening. 
• Forklift Drivers- Unloading trucks, loading cookers, driving finished product into the warehouse (computer experience preferred).
