We are currently seeking a Seed Warehouse Technician to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient processing, handling, storage, and distribution of seed while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

As a Seed Warehouse Technician, you will support daily warehouse operations and contribute to a safe and productive work environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Clean, mill, and treat seed according to established quality and processing standards
• Verify the accuracy of incoming seed shipments and related documentation.
• Prepare and load outbound seed shipments for delivery to growers
• Maintain accurate records of seed distribution and warehouse activities
• Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and stock control processes
• Participate in safety audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on seed treating and milling equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse facility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or agricultural experience preferred
• Forklift experience and the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
• Work comfortably in warehouse and outdoor environments
• Tolerate exposure to dust, seed treatments, and varying seasonal temperatures
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures
